The Journal of Thursday was read and approved.

Mr. Snyder presented the petition of the Maryland College
of Pharmacy, praying for & renewal and extension of their
charter.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.

On motion by Mr. Snyder,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to renew and extend, the Act of Assembly in
corporating the Maryland College of Pharmacy, passed at
the December session, 1841, and which Act will expire by
limitation in January, 1871.

On motion by Mr. Spates,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to amend the Act of January session, 1867,
chapter 268, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
Warehouse Company.

On motion by Mr. Browne,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to extend the time for collecting taxes

to S. R. Gore, of Carroll county.
