Mr. Earle moved to reconsider the vote on the passage of
the bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 3, of chapter 246, of
the Act passed at the January session 1868, entitled an Act
to aid in the establishment of a Hospital in connection with
the Washington University of Baltimore ; said bill not hav-
ing been properly engrossed.

The said bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Browne, Malone,
Carroll, Miller,
Denson, Sellman,
Earle, Spates,
Fields, Stephenson,
Henkle, Timmons,

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The bill entitled an Act to release James B. Palmer, David
Friel and Stewart B. Emory, securities on the bond of John
Palmer, Collector of State and county taxes, in the third elec-
tion district of Queen Anne's county, for the year 1866, from
the payment of interest on State taxes levied on said district
for said year,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
