The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill en-
titled an Act to repeal sections 806, 807 and 808, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of the City of Baltimore, sub-title "Po-
lice," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion, of Mr. Sanner,

The further consideration was postponed, and the bill re-
ferred to the Baltimore city delegation.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25, of Article 4
of the Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," and to-
re-enact the same with amendment.

the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Revenue and
