Mr. Gatch, from the Baltimore county delegation, (tht
rules being suspended,) reported unfavorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the protection of sheep,
and to tax dogs in Baltimore county.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the unfavora-
ble report of the Committee,
On motion of Mr. Choate,

The further consideration thereof -was postponed, and the
bill made the order of day for Monday, 4th inst.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed y
the General Assembly of Maryland, 1868, chapter 238, en-
titled "Licenses," so as to empower traders to sell the license
with t e stock of goods,

Was read a third a time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
