The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to repeal so much of section 12, chapter 367, of the Act
passed March, 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate a Com-
pany to open in part and improve the road from Frederick
county to the Spout Spring, &c., as relates to rates of toll,
and enact the following,

ment."
