Motter, or either of them to convey all the right, title, in-
terest and claim of the German. Reformed congregation at
Emmittsburg, in Frederick county, in and to the Elias
Church property, to the Evangelical Lutheran congregation,

of 1868, entitled "Roads," in Talbot and Caroline counties,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6, of an Act
passed January session, 1867, chapter 298, sub-titled an Act
to incorporate the Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company,
and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
