Sir. Wiley submitted the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31, 1870.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We respectfully ask the return of Senate bill entitled an
Act to amend the Charter of Baltimore and Pikesville Rail-
road Company, reported unfavorably by this House on March
25, and report adopted.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Gatch, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the Senate bill
entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January session,
1868, chapter 104, appropriating a sum of money to remove
the Confederate dead at Antietam National Cemetery, and in
lieu thereof to enact the following.

Said bill being upon a third reading,
