And the bill, as amended, read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Morse, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations
to whom had been referred the Senate bill entitled an Act to
incorporate the National Co-operative Business Agency Com-
pany, reported the same with proposed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add to section 6, "And the stockholders of the said Na-
tional Co-operative Business Agency Company," shall be
liable for the full amount of the stock held by them.
