1016 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 25,

The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to amend an Act passed at December session, 1845,
chapter 37, entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Insur-
ance Company of Washington county, and the several Acts
supplementary thereto and amendatory thereof,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Frederick and
Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company, to build a railroad
from Frederick city, the terminus of the road which it is
authorized under its charter to build through Frederick and
Montgomery counties, to the boundary of the District of
Columbia, so as to make a direct connection with the City of
Washington,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Mayor and
Council of Hagerstown, and authorizing the raising by taxa-
tion the sum of ten thousand dollars for the purposes and in
the manner hereinafter mentioned,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 102, 103, 104,
107 and 108 of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
relating to fences, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3 and 7,
of chapter 433, of the Acts of 1808, relating to voting pre-
eincts in Baltimore county, and 'to re-enact the same with
amendments,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
"Laurel," in Prince George's county,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to prevent fishing in Antietam
creek and its tributaries from the Pennsylvania line to its
mouth,
