The bill entitled an Act to amend the eighth Article, of
the Public Local Laws of Cecil county, title "Elkton," by
repealing sections 66, 68 and 69, of said Article, and to re-
enact the same in an amended form, and to add other sections
thereto, granting further powers to the President and Com-
missioners of said town.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Cecil
delegation.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3 and 7,
of chapter 433, of the Acts of 1868, relating to voting pre-
cincts in Baltimore county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Sec. 2, line 26, after the word "Catonsville," insert the
words: that the polls for the 13th district shall be held at
John J. Wade's, Green Springs Hotel, near the 4th mile
stone, on the Washington road.
