The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at session
of General Assembly of Maryland, held in the year 1867, chap-
ter 131, entitled an Act to incorporate the Resolute Fire In-
surance Company of Baltimore.

"Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Albert Sigmund the
sum of two hundred and four dollars erroneously paid into the
Treasury of the State.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee

on Claims.

The bill entitled an Act to refund to M. F. O'Neal the sum
of fifty dollars erroneously paid into the Treasury of the
State.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Claims.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Salisbury Navi-
gation Towing and Wharf Company.

on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

porators in an Act to incorporate the Westernport and Po-
tomac Railroad Company, passed at the January session in
eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter two hundred and
nineteen.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 922, 924, 926

"and 927, of Article four, of the Code of Public Local Laws,

relating to the City of Baltimore, and to re-enact the same

with amendments, subject, "Home of the Friendless."

session 1868, (chapter 104,) appropriating a sum of money
io remove the Confederate dead to Antietam National Ceme-
