visory Committee on Utility Lines in Annapolis.
The Committee explored possibilities of funding
underground utility lines in Annapolis over a period
of years.
Within the Historic District of Annapolis, the
project of putting utility lines underground begins
in June 1989. By December 1989, work should be
completed on School Street, State Circle, and Fran-
cis Street.
The Advisory Committee has been inactive since
1988 when the General Assembly appropriated
funds for the project.
