Chapter 600—1982
FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Treasurer,
subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works,
to make and sell short-term notes in the name of the
State in anticipation of the collection of revenue, includ-
ing revenues from the proceeds of sales of bonds, sub-
ject to certain conditions; and submitting this amend-
ment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland
for their adoption or rejection.

QUESTION NO. 3
Chapter 729—1982
FOR the purpose of permitting the election of the
Montgomery County Council by councilmanic districts;
providing that a charter amendment adopted under this
Act does not affect the terms, powers, and duties of
certain members of the Council; providing that certain
proposed amendments to the Montgomery County
Charter approved by the voters prior to a certain elec-
tion shall be null and void; and submitting this amend-
ment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland
for their adoption or rejection.
