Chapter 739—1982

FOR the purpose of providing a certain exception to
the requirement that certain debts created by the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore, certain credit extended
by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and cer-
tain other acts of the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore that involve the faith and credit of Baltimore
City be authorized by Acts of the General Assembly;
providing for debt limitation; clarifying language; and
submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of
the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.

Chapter 849—1982

FOR the purpose of altering certain requirements for
signers of certain petitions and persons who attest to
the authenticity of the signature; providing that the
General Assembly shall prescribe by law the form of
certain petitions, the manner for authentication and
other administrative procedures; generally relating to
procedures relating to certain petitions; and submitting
this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of
Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
