Chapter 973 - 1978
AN ACT authorizing the State Treasurer, subject to
approval by the Board of Public Works, and as provided,
to make and sell short-term notes in the name of the
State in anticipation of the collection of taxes, or other
revenues, including the proceeds from the sale of bonds,
to meet temporary deficiencies subject to certain
conditions
