Chapter 972 - 1978
AN ACT allowing upon approval of the Anne
Arundel County Council that land in that County not
improved with buildings and determined necessary and in
immediate need for public use, may, after a certain find-
ing, be taken by the County upon payment to the owner
or into court of an amount determined by certain
appraisers to be the property value, and requiring addi-
tional payment if awarded by a jury
