Chapter 358—Acts of 1971
An Act to propose a new Section 3A to Article XI-A of the Con-
stitution, title "Local Legislation," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 3 thereof, to provide for the election of a county council for
Baltimore County by Councilmanic districts, or by the voters of the
entire county, or by a combination of these methods of election, and
providing for the submission of this amendment to the qualified
voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
