Chapter 359—Acts of 1971
An Act to propose an amendment to Article III of the Constitution
of the State of Maryland, title "Legislative Department," by adding
thereto a new section, to be known as Section 40D, to follow imme-
diately after 40C of said Article, providing for an optional procedure
for the acquisition of land and interests in land in Montgomery
County by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for the
construction and extension of water supply, sewerage and drainage
systems, and to provide for the submission of said amendment to
the qualified voters of the State for adoption or rejection.
