Chapter 357—Acts of 1971
An Act to propose an amendment to Article 7 of the Declaration of
Rights of the Constitution of Maryland, deleting archaic language
describing those citizens entitled to vote, and providing for the sub-
mission of this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of
Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
