Calvert Street, Baltimore 21201 Telephone: 383-2737 The Board of Sanitarian Registration was created by Chapter 434, Acts of 1969 to issue certificates of registration to applicants who qualify as Registered Sanitarians, or as Sanitarians-in-training. The Board consists of five members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate for five-year terms. The Board selects its own officers and conducts examination and keeps a register of all applicant for registration (Code 1957, 1971 Repl. Vol., Art 43, sees. 725-736). MacDonald, D.O., 1972 1510 Gordon Cove Road, Annapolis 21403 Telephone: 268-1946 The Board of Osteopathic Examiners, established by Chapter 786, Acts of 1914, consists of five members appointed by the Governor upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene for three-year terms from a full list of members in good standing of the Maryland Osteopathic Association (Code 1957, 1971 Repl. Vol., Art. 43, sees. 467-80). The Maryland Board of Osteopathic Examiners investigates the credentials of an applicant for permission to practice osteopathy within the State and issues or refuses licenses. It holds two meetings each year to examine these applicants whose credentials will not warrant issuing of a license through the Previous Practice or Reci- procity Acts.
