RATING THE BALTIMORE INSTITUTE OF MUSICAL ARTS
INTO MORGAN STATE COLLEGE OR OF MAKING

This Commission was appointed by the Governor in accordance with
Senate Resolution No. 15 of the 1951 session.

COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE PROGRAM OF MEDICAL CARE
FOR THE INDIGENT AND MEDICALLY INDIGENT
OF THE STATE

The appointment of this Committee was requested in Senate Reso-
lution No. 22, 1951. The Governor has requested the State Planning
Commission and its Committee on Medical Care to review the Medical
Care Program of the State.

COMMISSION TO STUDY THE DESIRABILITY OF
ESTABLISHING A FIRST AID STATION IN SOUTH BALTIMORE

Chairman: Huntington Williams, M.D.

Oliver S. Lloyd, Walter N. Kirkman, Thomas J. S. Waxter,
Walter D. Wise.

The appointment of this Commission was requested by a resolution
of the House of Delegates at the 1951 session. The Commission is
composed of two members appointed by the Governor and three
persons appointed by the Mayor of Baltimore. The Commission is to
report its findings to the Governor and the Mayor and Council of
Baltimore (1951, H. R. 13).
