The Commission to Study the Divorce Laws was authorized by a
resolution of the House of Delegates at its 1951 session. The Commis-
sion is to study the existing laws and make recommendations for
such. changes as it deems necessary (1951, H. R. 52).

PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The Commission to Revise the Laws Relating to the Public Service
Commission was authorized by a resolution of the House of Delegates.
The Commission is to recodify and suggest revisions of the existing
laws (1951, H. R. 60).
