missioners, they may allow any further amount of said school
fund to be appropriated, which the said board may require.

122. The agent of the school fund of said county, shall pay to
the. trustees of the several school districts, appointed by the
board of primary education, the proportion of the school fund
allotted to their respective districts, on presentation of the order
of said board.

123. The trustees receiving the funds of the several districts,'
shall report annually to the said board the disposition of the
same.

124. When any district board of trustees shall have organized,
and shall report to the board of primary education their organi-
zation and the condition of their district, stating whether they
have a convenient school house, whether a new one is necessary,
or what repairs may be required, the said board may order to be
paid to said trustees, for purchasing, building, renting or repair-
ing any school house, such a sum of money out of the amount
apportioned to that particular district, as in their judgment may
be proper.

125. The said board shall also order to be paid to the trustees
of the several districts, entitled as prescribed in section 120 of
this article, for the use of the teachers therein, whose accounts
shall be proven by the affidavit of the teacher, and signed by the
trustees of the district, or a majority of them, a sum not exceed-
ing eighty cents per month for each scholar he may have taught
properly entitled to the benefit of the school fund, so far as the
funds apportioned to that particular district will go, and no fur-
ther.

126. If any one or more of said school districts be found so
populous as to require more than one school house, or in case a
school house or teacher cannot be procured for the accommoda-
tion of the pupils of the district or districts, and there should be
at any time therein any academy or school house, the trustees
of said district or districts shall have power to contract with the
trustees of such academy, or the proprietors of such school, for
the admission and instruction of such of the primary school
pupils as the trustees shall think proper to contract for; or they
may purchase, build or rent another school house for that dis-
trict, which shall be under their control; but in no district shall
