said county, without distinction, discrimination or difference, and
any parent may send to said schools any one or more of his
children without cost or expense.
164*. The county commissioners of Prince George's county are
hereby directed to deliver to the board of trustees of primary
schools the books containing the metes and bounds, courses and
distances, of the original school districts erected in said county.
165*. The board of trustees of primary schools shall lay out
new school districts, build school houses therein and condemn
any land on which to erect the same.
166*. They shall appoint three commissioners for each school
district of which the boundary lines are not now recorded, or for
such school district as may hereafter be laid out, whose duty it
shall be to lay off and clearly define the metes and bounds of
each of said school districts and report the same to'the board of
trustees; and if three or more of the taxable inhabitants or pa-
trons of such school districts shall be aggrieved by the report of
said commissioners, they may be heard before the board of
trustees within twelve months from the time of filing of said
report or reports; and said board of trustees may in their discre-
tion reject the reports and return the same to the commissioners
aforesaid for such amendments as the board may direct, and the
commissioners shall receive the sum of two dollars per day each
for said service, to be paid out of the school fund of the county.
167. The Orphans' Court for said county shall pay to the
trustees of the Bladensburg academy the sum of three hundred
dollars annually, out of the interest upon the free school fund of
said county, the said sum to be paid semi-annually, upon the
draft of the general board of trustees, at their regular meetings in
July and December.
168. The sum paid, under the preceding section, shall be ap-
plied by the trustees of the Bladensburg academy to the neces-
sary repairs of the academy and lot, and such other uses as may,
in the judgment of the trustees, best promote the interests of
the academy.
169. The trustees of the said academy shall, upon application,
receive into said academy for instruction one pupil from each
election district in said county free of charge for tuition, and if
