LEGAL NOTICE.

104. It shall not be necessary for sheriffs or other officers in
said county, to advertise in newspapers sales of negro slaves,
lands or tenements, as required by section 4 of article eighty-
three of the Code.

PLASTER or PARIS-INSPECTION or, IN BLADENSBURQ.

105. The county commissioners of Prince George's county may,
in their discretion, appoint some suitable persons of said county
inspectors of Plaster of Paris, wherever in said county it may be
sold or manufactured.

106. The said inspectors shall, whenever required so to do,
inspect all Plaster of Paris, in the barrel, that shall be brought
to said county.

107. They shall, when required to do so, attend to the weigh-
ing of Plaster of Paris that may be offered for sale in barrels in
the said county.

108. They shall be entitled to demand and receive for each
barrel inspected by them the sum of three cents, to be paid by
the person for whom the service shall be rendered.

109. All barrels in which Plaster of Paris shall be offered for
Bale in said county, shall be of the size of the common flour
barrel, well coopered, and shall not contain less than three hun-
dred and twenty pounds net weight.

PISOATAWAY.

110. The citizens of the village of Piscataway, in Prince
George's county, are a body corporate, by the name of " The
Commissioners of Piscataway," and by that name may sue and
be sued, and may have and use a common seal.

111. The free white male citizens of the village of Piscataway,
qualified to vote for members of the General Assembly, shall, on
the first Monday of May in each year, elect three of the said
oitizena commissioners of said village.
