matters relating to the duties of his office, with all vouchers re-
lating thereto.
86. He shall attend all meetings of the county commissioners,
make minutes of and record all their proceedings, and perform
such other duties as they shall from time to time require.
87. He shall furnish, under seal or otherwise, to individuals
copies or extracts of any papers in the office of the county com-
missioners, (of which copies or extracts may by law be required,
or by their permission granted,) and shall be entitled to the same
fees for such services as the clerk of the Circuit Court for Balti-
more county for similar services.
88. It shall be the duty of the grand jury of said county at
the November term of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county,
in each year, to examine the books of the said treasurer, and
make a detailed statement of his receipts and disbursements,
and publish the same in at least one newspaper published in the
county, or by hand-bills; and the said grand Jury may examine
the books of said treasurer at any other term of the Circuit
Court.
89. In case of the death or resignation of said treasurer at any
time during the term for which he shall have been elected to
serve, the county commissioners shall, within twenty days there-
after, elect some person to fill said vacancy, who shall take the
oath and give the bond hereinbefore required to be taken and
given by the treasurer.
90. The treasurer shall, at the expiration of his term of office,
transfer and deliver to his successor in office all books, accounts
and papers of every kind connected with his office.
COBONEBS AND INQUESTS.
91. The fees of coroners in said county shall be as follows:
for each separate coroner's inquest held by any coroner or
justice of the peace acting as coroner, four dollars and seven-
teen cents; for a coffin, two dollars and fifty cents, and for
digging grave and burying body, two dollars and fifty cents.
92. The coroners ®f said county shall hold an inquest over all
