of such death shall not be clearly known as accidental or in the
course of nature.

93. The county commissioners of Baltimore county may allow
to any coroner over and above the fees herein allowed, such
additional sum for any business done by said coroner as the said
county commissioners may think proper.

94. No juror summoned on a coroner's inquest in said county
shall receive any compensation.

CRIER AND BAILIFFS.

95. The judge of the Circuit Court for said county shall allow
to the -crier of said court such compensation as he may think
proper, not .exceeding two dollars per day, while attending said
court during its sittings in equity.

9Q. The county commissioners of said county shall annually
levy such sum of money as they may estimate will be sufficient
to pay the crier of the Circuit Court for said county for the next
ensuing year.

97. At the end of each quarter of every year, the clerk of the
Circuit Court shall certify to the treasurer of said county the
amount due said crier, and the treasurer shall forthwith pay the
same.

98. The county commissioners shall annually levy such sum
of money as they may estimate will be sufficient to pay the
bailiffs of the Circuit Court for said county, for the next ensuing
year, which shall be paid in the same manner and upon the same
evidence as the crier is directed to be paid.

DEER.

99. No person shall shoot or otherwise destroy any wild deer
in Baltimore county from the first day of January to the first
day of September, under the penalty of five dollars for every
deer so killed or destroyed, to be recovered before a justice of
the peace for the said county as other debts, one-half to the
informer and the other half to the use of the county.
