The bill entitled an Act to refund to B. B. Bush, late col-
lector of State taxes in Baltimore county, monies erroneously
paid into the State Treasury by him, in the years 1864, 1865
and 1866.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Committee
on Claims.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
North Point Turnpike Road Company.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of intoxicating
liquors within three miles of the village of Darnestown, Mont-
gomery county.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.
