The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to subscribe in behalf of
said county to the capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum
Rail Road Company, and issue bonds for the same and pro-
vide for their redemption,

The bill entitled an Act to enable John James Jackson,
an alien, to hold, inherit and transmit real estate in the
State of Maryland,

of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Carroll
county, sub-title Justices of the Peace and Constables, and
to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter 110, providing an addi-
tional constable for District No. 2, Carroll county,
