The House resumed the consideration of the unfinished The bill entitled an Act to repeal the several sections of Said bill being upon a second reading, Mr. Coudy moved that all that part thereof relating to Decided in the negative. Mr. Legg moved the indefinite postponement of the bill. The question being on concurring in the motion, Mr, Slingluff demanded the yeas and nays.
