Mr. Coad, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the follow-
ing amendment:

Section 32, line 8, after the word "view," insert the words,
when dredging.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Nicolai moved that the vote by which the bill was or-
dered to a third reading be reconsidered.

Decided in the negative.
