The Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the catching of
fish in nets by driving into the same, by threshing on the
water with poles, or other instruments.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Select
Committee on Oysters and the Oyster Law.

The bill entitled an Act to appoint commissioners to have
a survey made, and estimate of the cost of constructing a
rail road from some point in Prince George's county to Point
Lookout.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal section
3 of the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Lutherville, in Baltimore county, passed at this session of the
General Assembly, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add new sections.

on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to include Blackiston's Island in
the Third District of St. Mary's county.

The hill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller
and Treasurer, when ascertaining the amount of paid up sub-
scriptions to the capital stock of the Dorchester and Delaware
Rail Road Company, to estimate the bonds of Dorchester
county, which have been disposed of by the said company,
as cash, and those remaining in the possession of said com-
pany, as cash at a specified rate per cent.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Local Laws,
title " Kent County' sub-title Roads, Article 14,, by adding
a section thereto.
