38 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the fees
of Registers of Wills, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to open
and improve the road from Frederick city, in Frederick
county, to the Spout Spring, on the Hamburg road, passing
Bradrup's Saw Mill, passed at January session, 1860, of the
General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 267, endorsed,
"Passed by yeas and nays," with proposed amendment.
