Henry, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester county, a
certain sum of money erroneously paid into the Treasury.

for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to compensate Charles J.
31. Gwinn, William P. Maulsby and Bernard Carter, Com-
missioners appointed by the Governor to prepare Drafts of
Laws pursuant to the provisions of the 48th section of the 3d
Article, of the Constitution of this State.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,,
reported favorably

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Arti-
cle 42, of the Code of Public General Laws, empowering the
Governor to remove insane convicts confined in the Peniten-
tiary, and provide for their support in some suitable Institu-
tion within the State.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to make valid the bequest made by
Thomas B. Kessler, late of Frederick county, State of Mary-
land, to Peter Beard, in trust for the use and benefit of
Mount Zion German Reformed Church, of Frederick county.

Which was read a first time.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 61, of Article 29, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the holding of
Court on Saturdays.

Which was read a first time.
