On motion of Mr. Biddison,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a hill to incorporate the Woodberry Manufacturing
Company of Baltimore county.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means to
introduce a bill to add an additional section to Article 56, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Licenses," pro-
viding for the licensing of Real Estate Brokers.

On motion of Mr. Jordan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to revive the corporation charter of the village
of Uniontown, Carroll county, with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Dutrow,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to make valid the "bequest made by Thomas
B. Kessler, late of Frederick county, Maryland.

Mr. Slinghuff, Chairman of the Committee on Internal
Improvements, reported favorably the

Senate bill entitled a supplement to the Act passed at the
January session, of 1864, chapter 116, entitled an Act to re-
vive and extend an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and
Pocomoke Rail Road Company, with amendment, passed at
December session, 1847.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland and Delaware
Rail Road Company, passed at January session, 1854, chap-
ter 274.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 30, Article
47, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
