moval of cases of guardianships and wardships from the
Orphans' Courts of the counties of Somerset and Worcester
to the Orphans' Court of Wicornico county, and to provide
for the sale of real estate by executors and administrators
resident in Wicomico county, where such administration was
commenced in either of the counties of Somerset or Wor-
cester.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide a summary
remedy against Sheriffs for making false returns to any writ
of fieri facias or other execution, by adding a new section to
Article 88 of the Code of Public General Laws, title Sheriffs.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed,
for a third reading.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Baltimore county, if they
in their judgment consider the claim just and fair, to levy
a tax upon the First Election District of said county, as the
same was limited and defined on the first day of May, 1833,
for the payment of the debt contracted by the Commissioners
of Public Schools, under the Act of 1832, chapter 287,
passed January session, 1856, chapter 172,

Which was read a first time.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the selecting, drawing
and summoning of jurors in the several counties, and pre-
scribing their qualifications, passed at the January session.
18G7, and re-enacting the same to read us follows,

Mr. Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Woodberry Manu-
facturing Company of Baltimore county.

Ferry Company,

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Grand Lodge of
Order of the the Sons of Liberty of the State of Maryland.
