Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, submitted the following
amendment:

In section 16, line 16, strike out all after the word "Arti-
cle," where it first occurs.

Which was rejected.

Mr. Legg submitted the following amendment:

Section 16, line 3, strike out the words, second section of.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Dalrymple submitted the following amendment:

Section 16, line —, after the words "Plum Point," insert
the words, and Parker's Creek.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Deale submitted the following amendment:

Section 16, lines 9 and 10, strike out the words, "except
in water of fifteen feet and over in depth.

Was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the
