The bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the Comp-
troller to correct the errors in the distribution of the "Free
School Fund" accruing under the Acts of 1813 and 1816,
from the year 1852 to the year 1867, inclusive, and to pay to
Baltimore city and Baltimore county the amounts of which
they have been deprived by said errors, and to make appro-
priation for that purpose,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Williams moved that the bill be referred to the Com-
mittee on Claims;

Pending the consideration of which,

On motion of Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city,

The yeas and nays were ordered.
