On motion of Mr. Wentz,.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the Grand Lodge of Sons of
Liberty of the State of Maryland.

On motion of Mr. Herbert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate Washington Lodge, No. 29,
Independent Order of Good Templars of Funkstown, Wash-
ington county, Maryland.

On motion of Mr. Clarke,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Education to report
a bill making an annual appropriation to " Phrenokosmian
Hall," an institution of learning in Howard county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Howard asd Montgomery delega-
tions to report a bill authorizing the opening and making of
a public road through parts of Howard and Montgomery
counties.

On motion of Mr. Mitchell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to add an additional section to Article 57 of the
Code of Puhlic General Laws of Maryland, under the title of
"Limitation of Actions."

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of
Charles county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill to add one additional section to Article 16 of the
Code of Public General Laws of this State, title ''Chancery"
to come in after section 78 of said Article.

Also,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Mitchell, Loker, Keech, and
Dalrymple to report a bill entitled an Act regulating the
time of holding the Circuit Courts for the several counties
composing the Seventh Judicial Circuit of this State, and
repealing the local laws of said counties now in force in rela-
tion thereto.

On motion of Mr. Biddison,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to allow James Thompson, former Sheriff of
Baltimore county, further time to complete his collections.
