On motion of Mr. McElroy,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to amend the Act of 1867, chapter 374, re-
lating to Judges of Election in Baltimore city.

of the Laws of 1865, and to re-enact the same so as to read as

A bill entitled an Act to confer upon the Lochiel Lumber,
Mining, Manufacturing and Improvement Company, of
Allegany county, the authority to erect and maintain a boom
or booms, with piers and necessary appurtenances, upon the
Great Savage River in Allegany county.

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed January
session, 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate the Carrollton
Avenue Company.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Broadway Sav-
ings Bank of Baltimore.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Emmitts-
burg Rail Road Company,

With proposed amendments, said bill being upon a second
reading.
