Mr. Robb submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Mr. Biddison, of Baltimore county, and
Messrs. Wentz and Blake, of Baltimore city, and Mr. Deale
of Anne Arundel, have leave of absence for this clay.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Colton submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city, have leave of
absence for this day.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Robb submitted the following order :

Ordered, That on this evening and on Thursday evening
of this week, the House will hold night sessions, commencing
at 8 o'clock and continuing until half-past 10 o'clock, for the
purpose of disposing of hills entitled to a third reading.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Keech submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Mr. S. R. Gilbert have leave of absence for
two days.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Worthington submitted the following order :

Ordered, That this Hall be kept open every day from 9
o'clock A. M. until 10 o'clock P. M., for the use of the mem-
bers.

Which was rejected.

Mr. Herbert submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Mr. Rohrer, of Washington county, Messrs.
Touchstone, Davis of Cecil, Richards and Loker, have leave
of absence for two days.

Which was read.

Mr. Pentland submitted the following amendment,

And all other members now absent from their seats, have
leave of absence for one day.

Which was adopted.

The question then recurring upon the order as amended,

It was adopted.

Mr. Marshall submitted the following order :

Ordered, That it be entered on the Journal that Mr. Con-
way was absent from his seat on Saturday on account of ill-
ness.
