tion ninety-two of article seventeen of Public Local Laws for
Queen Anne's county, and sections one (ninety-two) and two
of the Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter four
hundred and twenty-one, relating to Justices of the Peace
and Constables in aforesaid county,
Which was read a first time.

Mr. Hubbard presented the petition of B. A. Richardson
and 31 other citizens for additional constables in the second

and 45 other citizens of Washington county, praying the
passage of an act for the protection of partridges in said
