Leave was granted to the Calvert and St. Mary's delegations
to introduce a bill to relieve the sureties of William Billings-
ley, viz: Nathaniel Duke, George W. Dowell, and Thomas
B. Billingsley, from the payment of the interest on a judg-
ment due Calvert county, as sureties of said William Bil-
lingsley.
