Mr. Hall presented the petition of Patrick Hamill and 55
other citizens of Allegany county, praying the passage of an
Act incorporating the Lochiel Lumber, Manufacturing and
Mining company.

Also,

The petition of Win. Roberson and 20 other citizens of
Allegany county, praying the passage of an Act incorpora-
ting the Lochiel Lumber. Manufacturing and Mining Com-
pany.

Also,

The petition of citizens of Bloomington for the passage of
an Act incorporating the Lochiel Lumber, Manufacturing
and Mining Company.

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee on
Corporations.

Mr. Rohrer presented the petition of Martin Eakle and 27
other citizens of Eakle's Mills, Washington county, against
the repeal of the Funeral Law.

Also,

The petition of Win. Spielman and 105 other citizens
of Washington county, against the repeal of the Funeral
Law.

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee on
the Judiciary.

Mr. Brown presented the petition of M. Huff and 20 other
citizens of Harford county, against the repeal of the Funeral
Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of H. Wallis and 209
other persons, praying the passage of a law creating a Judi-
cial District out of portions of Montgomery, Prince George's
and Anne Arundel counties.

Which was read and referred to the select committee on that
subject.

Mr. Jordan presented the memorial of D. H. Maynard, L.
P. Slingluff, Joseph A. Stouffer and 8 other citizens of New
Windsor, Carroll county, asking the passage of Acts to al-
low New Windsor District an additional Magistrate and Con-
stable, residents of the town of New Windsor.

Which, was read and referred to the Carroll delega-
tion.

Also,

A petition from Samuel McKinstry, Henry B. Albaugh,
