Mr. Iglehart, (the rules being suspended.) reported unfa-
vorably

A bill entitled an Act to change the name of the Franklin
Rail Road Company, to that of the Cumberland Valley Rail
Road Company, with all the rights and powers of the Frank-
lin Railroad Company.

Which wars read.

On motion of Mr. Syester.

The bill as reported was substituted for the unfavorable
report of the Committe, and

The bill read a first time.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of January ses-
sion, 1864, chapter 334, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Washington county Rail Road,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Citi-
zens' Rifle Target Shooting Company,

Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Sanner,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Friday next, the 28th
instant.

The bill entitled an Act to protect oysters in Honga and
Nanticoke rivers, during the summer months,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 59 of Article 16 of
the Code of Puhlic Local Laws for Prince George's county,
entitled Hucksters, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and require Hanson
Willison, late Sheriff of Allegany county, to convey certain
real estate situated in Grantsville, in said county, as in said
Act provided,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add to the 4th Article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, the following sections, empowering
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to construct, open,
