An Act to make valid the levy of the State tax made by the
County Commissioners of Allegany county, for the year
1867.

An Act to repeal sections 40 and 41 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

An Act to repeal section 276, of chapter 76, of the Act
passed December session 1847, entitled an Act to incorporate

a company in the town of Hagerstown, in Washington county,
to be styled the "Hagerstown Lyceum,"

An Act fixing the mileage of members and officers of the
General Assembly of Maryland.

A supplement to the Act passed by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, at January session 1860, entitled an Act to
incorporate a company to build a Turnpike Road from Liberty-
town in Frederick county, to intersect the Woodsborough
and Frederick Turnpike Road, at or near the Monocacy
Bridge, and its supplement, passed at January session 1867,
of the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 230.

An Act entitled an Act to repeal section 75 and 76, of Art.
21, Public Local Laws, relating to the town of Clearspring,
in Washington county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments so as to read as follows.

An Act to protect foxes whilst pursued by dogs in Wi-
comico county.

An Act to incorporate the Opake Zinc Company.

An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of Cecil
County to build a bridge over Scotchman's creek, in said

county.

An Act to authorize the Comptroller and Treasurer, when
ascertaining the amount of paid up subscriptions to the capi-
tal stock of the Queen Anne's and Kent Railroad Company,
to estimate the bonds of Queen Anne's county as cash, at a
specified rate per cent.

An Act for the relief of Wm. H. Peake and David White,
of Anne Arundel county, Md.

An Act to repeal section 1, of the Act passed March 23,
1867, chapter 187, entitled an Act to limit the amount of
stationery furnished to members and officers of the General
Assembly, and to provide a system of commutation, and re-
enact in lieu of section 1, so repealed, the following.

An Act to repeal section 55 of Article 22 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Worcester county, relating to the number of
