The question then being upon the adoption of the title,
Mr. Jones submitted the following amendment:
Amend the title by inserting after the word "of," in 2d
line, the words, Article 75 of; and after the word "laws,"
in same line, the words, entitled Pleadings, Practice and
Process, sub-title Removal of Causes.
Which was adopted.
The title as amended was then adopted.
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Johns Hopkins
Fire, Marine and Accident Insurance Company of the State
of Maryland,
