The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections seventy-four,
seventy-five, seventy-six, seventy-seven and seventy-eight of
the Code of Public General Laws, as amended by the Act of
Assembly, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter one hun-
dred and eighty-seven, and to enact the following as a substi-
tute therefor,
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Jones, (the rules being suspended by unanimous con-
sent,) submitted the following amendment :
In line 3, section 1, insert after the word "of," the words
"Article seventy-five of," and after the word "laws," in
same line, the words "entitled pleadings, practice and process,
sub-title removal of causes."
Which was adopted.
