chapter 96, entitled an Act to incorporate the Liberty and
New Windsor Turnpike Road Company in Frederick and
Carroll counties.

An Act to incorporate the Atlantic Hotel Company of
Berlin, Worcester county.

An Act to amend the 43d section of the 29th Article of
the Code of Public General Laws relating to the compensa-
tion of the Crier of the Court of Appeals, and of the Sheriff
appointed to attend said Court, and the Act of 1862, chapter
107, amending the same by repealing the same, and enacting
a substitute therefor.

An Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3. 9, 11 and 19, of Article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled Washington
county, sub-title "Almshouse," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

An Act to repeal the 39th section of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws entitled Montgomery county, relating
to Justices of the Peace and Constables, and re-enacting the
same so as to read as follows.

An Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in Balti-
more county.

An Act to appropriate a sum of money to repair and paint
the woodwork of the State House and improve the grounds
surrounding it.

An Act for the relief of Nathaniel Duke, George W. Dow-
ell and Thomas B. Billingsley.

An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, to provide for the improvement of their public Parks,
by making appropriations therefor, within certain limits.
