The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of January
session, 1864, chapter 334, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Washington County Railroad.

Which was read a first time and ordered to be printed.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Drum Point Rail Road Company.

Which was read a first time and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Legg, Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably

A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January
session, 1865, chapter 130, entitled an Act to provide for the
registration of births, marriages and deaths.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Deale, Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to allow the Sheriffs of
said county additional compensation for boarding pris-
oners.

Mr. Montague, Chairman of the Select Committee on
State Tobacco Warehouses, submitted the following majority
report.

Mr. Williams, from same committee, submitted the follow-
ing minority report.

Which was read and made the order of the day for Tues-
day, the 25th of February.

The Joint Resolutions on the subject of labor in the State
of Maryland,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Jones moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed and the resolutions referred to a select committee.

Decided in the negative.

The resolutions were then read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.
